- Fresh cream600 ml
- Cream cheese150 g
- condensed milk395 g
- Malted milk biscuit100 g
- Berry Jam3 tablespoon
- In the mixer, add the fresh cream, cream cheese and condensed milk well chilled and beat until it doubles in volume.
- Add to the coarsely crushed biscuits. Put it in a refractory and put a few spoonfuls of jelly and mix it with the ice cream mass.
- Place in the freezer for 4 hours.
