- Mix the eggs and cheese and knead well, until you form a smooth dough that you can roll. Make small balls (they swell a lot when they are in the syrup) and take it to cook in the syrup as soon as it comes to a boil.
- For the syrup: Bring the water and sugar to the boil until it boils and dip the plums in the syrup and let it cook for a long time until the syrup thickens and incorporates. I tested xylitol in place of sugar and it doesn't change anything, it's perfect. Oh, you can put cloves in the syrup too.
