  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Cornstarch (cornstarch)2 tablespoon
  • Sour cream200 g

  • Guava200 g
  1. For the Cheese Cake cream, beat the cream, condensed milk, corn starch, cottage cheese and eggs in a blender, beat well
  2. Pour the liquid into the wafer base
  3. Take the pie to the preheated oven at 170 degrees
  4. Leave for 40 min until golden and firm as a fluffy cake
  5. Remove from oven and let cool at room temperature.
  6. For the guava topping, cut the guava into small pieces and place in a small pan with half a glass of water over medium heat.
  7. Stir gently until the guava paste is completely melted.
  8. After turning into a guava jam, cover the pie and serve next.
