  • Chamomile150 teaspoon
  • Milk300 ml
  • Eggs4 to taste
  • Sugar3 coffee spoon
  • Water100 ml
  1. In a milk jug add water and the chamomile let it boil, then I turned off the heat
  2. Add the milk and the pé de moleque crusher to the milk jug and stir until the pé de moleque melts.
  3. In a mixer, add egg whites and sugar until fluffy. Then add the chilled mixture to the mixer for 30 or 40 minutes.
  4. Grab a pot of ice cream or whatever pot you have in your house. Add the mixture to the ice cream pot and let it chill for 2 hours.
  5. After 2 hours freezing, put it in the mixer and stir for 30 to 40 minutes, after the process put it in the freezer again and let it freeze for 2 hours or more, if you feel the ice cream, this ready can serve.
