- grated coconut100 g

- Beat the milk, eggs, sugar, powdered milk and condensed milk in a blender until smooth.
- Grease a removable rim shape with oil and flour, then line the bottom of the shape on the outside with aluminum foil and place 2/3 of the dough in the shape.
- Place the grated coconut and the rest of the dough on top of the dough, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie for 200gr for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- Whip the cream with the sugar to the point of whipped cream, place in a pastry bag and decorate the cake after it has cooled and decorate with whipped cream.
