- Note: Use the condensed milk can or box as a measure for the ingredients.
- Blend 1 can of condensed milk, 1 can of milk, 1 can of wheat flour, half a can of sugar, 200ml of coconut milk, 3 eggs and 3 tablespoons of margarine in a blender.
- Pour into a greased and floured mold and bake in a low, preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
- Prepare the syrup over medium heat until it boils: 200ml of coconut milk, 100g of grated coconut and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Sprinkle over hot cake.
- Take it in the fridge until it's pretty cold.
