- Raw and grated cassava01 kg
- grated coconut100 g
- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Baking powder01 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1/2 can(s)
- Mix all the ingredients and 50 g of grated coconut (reserve the rest) in a blender, except for the cassava
- In a bowl, place the grated cassava, and the ingredients beaten in the blender, stir and add the baking powder.
- Grease a pan and bake in a preheated oven for 200 hrs until golden or do the toothpick test.
- After roasting, unmold and put the condensed milk on top and sprinkle the rest of the grated coconut.
