Primeiro rale o aipim e reserve depois pegue alguns dentes de cravo fevar e coe para usar a agua do cravo

Bata  no liquidificador os ovos a manteiga o açúcar o queijo  ralado o leite de coco e a agua do crovo

Coloque o aipim em um refratário grande e vá acrecentando  os ingredientes do liquidificador e  mexendo sempre depois acrescente o leite de gado e por último o coco ralado misture bem e depois coloque em uma forma e leve para assar.
