- Wheat flour1.5 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Melted butter2 tablespoon
- Cashew Nuts150 g
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Bicarbonate1 pint
- Toast the cashews in the skillet until browned.
- Roughly chop them, set aside
- Break the eggs into separate containers so you don't risk spoiling.
- Melt the butter for 10 seconds in the microwave
- Homogenize the mixture of milk, butter and eggs with a fouet
- Mix the liquids well with wheat flour and sugar.
- Add the yeast and bicarbonate, mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Heat a nonstick skillet with a drizzle of oil over low heat.
- Place a medium ladle of dough in the skillet and add a small handful of chestnuts.
- When there are enough holes, turn the pancake
- Choose a beautiful ceramic and stack your fluffy pancakes
- Repeat the whole process on the pancakes, always being careful not to overheat the pan.
- Serve with a scoop of guava cheese milfrutas ice cream and finish with pieces of chopped chestnuts, you'll love it!
