Cashew nut pancake with cheese ice cream and guava

  • Wheat flour1.5 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Melted butter2 tablespoon
  • Cashew Nuts150 g
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Bicarbonate1 pint
  1. Toast the cashews in the skillet until browned.
  2. Roughly chop them, set aside
  3. Break the eggs into separate containers so you don't risk spoiling.
  4. Melt the butter for 10 seconds in the microwave
  5. Homogenize the mixture of milk, butter and eggs with a fouet
  6. Mix the liquids well with wheat flour and sugar.
  7. Add the yeast and bicarbonate, mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Heat a nonstick skillet with a drizzle of oil over low heat.
  9. Place a medium ladle of dough in the skillet and add a small handful of chestnuts.
  10. When there are enough holes, turn the pancake
  11. Choose a beautiful ceramic and stack your fluffy pancakes
  12. Repeat the whole process on the pancakes, always being careful not to overheat the pan.
  13. Serve with a scoop of guava cheese milfrutas ice cream and finish with pieces of chopped chestnuts, you'll love it!
