  • Cinnamon stick1 unit(s)
  1. Place the cloves, cinnamon and sugar in a pan and turn on low heat.
  2. Stir until the sugar melts, when it starts to take color, turn off the heat and add the milk very gently so you don't splash too much.
  3. When this happens, turn off the heat and squeeze the lemon juice.
  4. Mix and leave the pan off for 5-10 minutes, until the milk curdles.
  5. Turn the heat back on and cook over medium heat until the desired temperature is reached.
  6. The milk has to reduce well, this will take about 25-35 minutes.
  7. When there is still a little liquid, turn off the heat and wait for it to cool.
