- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Water1 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Place the eggs, carrots, oil and sugar in the blender. Beat well until it's homogeneous.
- In a container, transfer this mixture, add the sifted wheat flour slowly and the water. Put the vanilla and lastly the baking soda.
- With the greased shape with butter and flour, transfer the dough and then take it to the preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes.
- Roof Ingredients for the topping: 1 little box of cream milk; Half a box of condensed milk; 90g of half bitter chocolate; 1 tablespoon of 100% cocoa powder; Chocolate shavings (optional)
- In a pan add the cream, condensed milk and cocoa over medium heat until thickened. Finally, after turning off the heat, add the chocolate.
- Pour the frosting over the ready-made cake, sprinkle sprinkles (optional) and then enjoy.
