Carrot Volcano Cake with Chocolate Icing

  • Oil1 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour3 cup
  • Water1 cup
  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  1. Place the eggs, carrots, oil and sugar in the blender. Beat well until it's homogeneous.
  2. In a container, transfer this mixture, add the sifted wheat flour slowly and the water. Put the vanilla and lastly the baking soda.
  3. With the greased shape with butter and flour, transfer the dough and then take it to the preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes.
  4. Roof Ingredients for the topping: 1 little box of cream milk; Half a box of condensed milk; 90g of half bitter chocolate; 1 tablespoon of 100% cocoa powder; Chocolate shavings (optional)
  5. In a pan add the cream, condensed milk and cocoa over medium heat until thickened. Finally, after turning off the heat, add the chocolate.
  6. Pour the frosting over the ready-made cake, sprinkle sprinkles (optional) and then enjoy.
