  • unsalted butter2 tablespoon
  • brown sugar150 g
  • demerara sugar150 g
  • Eggs6 unit(s)
  1. Grate the skinless carrots, and cook without water in a small pot for 2 min over low heat.
  2. Beat all the ingredients, first the eggs, then the sugars, butter and the carrot, don't beat it, just put it on top of the dough.
  3. Put it in a greased shape already with burnt sugar. Leave in a bain-marie for 40 minutes.
  4. Put the fridge.
