  • Ingredients
  • Recipe
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • oil1 cup
  • sugar2/2 cup
  • chopped raw carrots,250 g
  • from traditional unleavened wheat flour,1 cup
  • baking powder for cakes.1 tablespoon
  • 📍Gourmet Brigadeiro. l
  • condensed milk (395g box),2 can(s)
  • 50% cocoa powder chocolate soup,6 tablespoon
  • sour cream (200g box),1 can(s)
  • butter/margarine,2 tablespoon
  • Chopped semi-sweet noble chocolate.100 g
  • 📍 Cone. l
  • Disposable form with lid for cakes of 20 cm in diameter,1 to taste
  • Fractionated semisweet chocolate.600 g
  1. Place the eggs, oil, sugar, carrots in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl, start adding the flour gradually, always sifting and mixing well.
  3. Finish with the baking soda giving a light incorporated, then pour the dough in a greased shape and sprinkled with wheat flour, and take it to a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 50 minutes or until you stick a toothpick in the center of the dough and it comes out clean and dry.
  4. Measures of the form: Round with 20 cm of diameter.
  5. 📍 Gourmet Brigadeiro In a pan with the fire turned off, dissolve the chocolate powder in the condensed milk, then add the cream of milk, the butter, and take it in medium fire, always mixing until it reaches the point.
  6. When the cream gains consistency and starts to release those very thick bubbles, mark 1 minute, keep stirring and then remove from the heat, then add the chopped chocolate to melt with the heat of the still hot brigadeiro and mix until smooth.
  7. Pour into a bowl and cover with plastic film in contact until cool.
  8. 📍 Cone Melt the chocolate in pieces so it doesn't destroy anything “Here I melted it every 200 grams”, you can melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave every 30 seconds at medium power.
  9. Gradually pour the chocolate into the lid for the disposable cake tray and spread with the help of a spatula or culinary brush.
  10. After that first layer “Don't worry, it's really thin and flawed!”, take it to the fridge for 15 minutes just for the chocolate to set.
  11. Now just repeat this process two more times, being careful not to force the mold and end up breaking its cone.
  12. 📍Assembly: With your room temperature carrot cake dough, cut it into 3 layers.
  13. Pour a little of the brigadeiro at the bottom of the cone and spread it out well, then put a layer of cake and press it lightly so it fixes well and doesn't break your cone.
  14. Moisten the cake with a syrup of your choice and make a generous layer with brigadeiro spreading well.
  15. Place a new layer of cake, moisten, and make a layer of brigadeiro.
  16. Let's finish with the last layer of cake and now we will seal our carrot bonbon cake with the rest of the fractionated chocolate.
  17. Pour the melted fractionated chocolate over the cake, closing the bottom, spreading well, then take it to the fridge and leave for approximately 45 minutes.
  18. Carefully peel off and unmold.
