- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Place the chopped carrots, egg and oil in a blender and blend.
- Then add the sugar and salt and beat well for about 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, sift the wheat and add the liquid from the blender little by little, stirring gently until all the mixture is incorporated, then put the yeast, mix and put it in a greased and floured shape, bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until the toothpick come out dry. Tip: The secret of a fluffy cake is not to stir too much after adding the wheat, and not to add too much carrot 😉
