Carrot250 g
Rice flour100 g
Potato Starch50 g
Almond flour50 g
Oat flour50 g
Coconut oil75 ml
Eggs3 unit(s)
Vegetable milk (taught in the tips)140 ml
Cinnamon1 teaspoon
Clove powder to taste
Cardamom Berry2 unit(s)
Grated nutmeg1/8 teaspoon
Chemical Yeast15 g

Preheat the oven to 180ºC and grease a mold with a hole in the middle with coconut oil and rice flour.
In the blender, place the eggs, coconut oil, vegetable milk, carrots and spices to beat.
In another container, place the dry ingredients and mix well.
Throw the liquids into the flour mix and incorporate everything. Pour over the greased shape and bake for about 40-45min.
I melted [in a bain-marie] 3 bars of white chocolate and mixed it with 15 ml of vegetable milk. I finished with fresh fruit [strawberry, raspberry and blueberry] and grated coconut.
