Carrot cake with soft brigadeiro syrup

Raspe as cenouras, corte em pedaços e coloque no liquidificador, acrescente o óleo e os ovos, bata até que as cenouras tenham sido trituradas. 
Numa tigela coloque açúcar,  trigo e o fermento em pó,  despeje o líquido do liquidificador e mexa com a mão, transfira para uma forma untada e enfarinhada. Asse em forno pré aquecido por 40 aproximadamente,  teste com um palito se o bolo está cozido (palito sair limpo está bom)

Para o brigadeiro mole, coloque numa panela oleite condensado, 1 colher de margarina e o chocolate em pó, leve ao fogo medio, mexendo o tempo todo, o ponto certo é até ele se desgrudar do fundo da panela, quando desligar junte o creme de leite sem o soro, você pode jogar sobre o bolo ou servir como eu sirvo a parte.
