  • Chopped carrot3 cup
  • Rice Flour2 cup
  • Oil3/4 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Whole or semi-skimmed milk1 cup
  • Demerara sugar1 cup
  • Cake yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, except the yeast.
  2. Beat until it forms a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Add the baking soda and beat again.
  4. Put the mixture in a greased form.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°.
