Sugar1/2 cup
Corn Starch1/2 cup
Salt1 coffee spoon
Oil1/2 cup
Yeast1 tablespoon
CALDA: Condensed milk395 g
Cocoa Powder3 tablespoon

In a blender, I blended the carrots, oil and sugar until the carrots were finely crushed, then added the flour, starch and baking powder and mixed with a spatula.
I buttered and floured a mold, poured the dough and put it in the oven for 40 minutes.
In a bowl, I added condensed milk and cocoa powder, mixed well until all the cocoa dissolved.
I unformed the cake, covered it with the syrup and decorated it with chocolate zest.
