  • DOUGH: Wheat flour1 cup
  • Raw carrot200 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Corn Starch1/2 cup
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • CALDA: Condensed milk395 g
  • Cocoa Powder3 tablespoon
  1. In a blender, I blended the carrots, oil and sugar until the carrots were finely crushed, then added the flour, starch and baking powder and mixed with a spatula.
  2. I buttered and floured a mold, poured the dough and put it in the oven for 40 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, I added condensed milk and cocoa powder, mixed well until all the cocoa dissolved.
  4. I unformed the cake, covered it with the syrup and decorated it with chocolate zest.
