- Corn oil100 ml
- Wheat Flour220 g
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Biscuit100 g
- Milk chocolate90 g
- Sour cream100 g
- In a blender, I blended the dough ingredients except the flour and yeast that I mixed last with a fuê. I separated 4 cookies for the decoration and crushed the rest and added the dough. I greased a silicone mold with a little oil and transferred all the dough, took it to the preheated oven at 200° for 35 minutes.
- I let it cool and unformed. I melted the chocolate and beat it in the mixer along with the cream, put it on top of the cake and decorated it with cookie crumbs.
