  • Corn oil100 ml
  • Wheat Flour220 g
  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Biscuit100 g
  • Milk chocolate90 g
  • Sour cream100 g
  1. In a blender, I blended the dough ingredients except the flour and yeast that I mixed last with a fuê. I separated 4 cookies for the decoration and crushed the rest and added the dough. I greased a silicone mold with a little oil and transferred all the dough, took it to the preheated oven at 200° for 35 minutes.
  2. I let it cool and unformed. I melted the chocolate and beat it in the mixer along with the cream, put it on top of the cake and decorated it with cookie crumbs.
