  • Wheat flour3 cup

  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate milk (I used nescau)8 tablespoon
  • Sugar8 tablespoon
  • Milk4 tablespoon
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  1. Beat the carrot, eggs, oil and sugar in a blender.
  2. Add the blender mixture with the wheat flour and the baking soda last, mix well and carefully.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°.
