  • Whole wheat flour3/4 cup
  • White wheat flour3/4 cup
  • Oat flour1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Bicarbonate1 teaspoon
  • Pineapple Pulp1 unit(s)
  • Oil of your choice1/4 cup
  • Culinary sweetener1/2 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Clara1 unit(s)
  • grated carrot1 unit(s)
  • Pitted dates, chopped1/4 cup
  1. In a bowl, mix the flours, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda.
  2. Beat the pineapple pulp, egg, white, sweetener and oil in a blender.
  3. Add this mixture to the flours, stirring with a fouet.
  4. Add the dates and the grated carrot carefully.
  5. Pour into a greased and floured form.
  6. Bake at 200° for about 40 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out dry.
  7. Tip: sprinkle a mixture of sweetener with cinnamon and decorate with carrot chips. You can add walnuts to the dough and topping.
