- Ferment1 tablespoon
- For the syrup: Milk11/2 cup
- 50% cocoa chocolate4 tablespoon
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Reserve the yeast, hit all the ingredients in the blender and transfer to a bowl, finally add the yeast and stir very slowly until mixed with the dough. Put it in a greased shape and take it to the oven at 180 grs for 40 minutes.
- For the syrup, add all the ingredients and bring to the fire, stirring constantly, until it reduces a little. (The reduction is to the middle of the vessel where it is boiling) Can be served separately or on top of the cake. Serve with a liqueur wine, it is divine.
