- medium carrot3 unit(s)
- oil1/2 cup
- eggs4 unit(s)
- sugar2 cup
- wheat flour3 cup
- baking powder1 tablespoon
- butter1 tablespoon
- chocolate powder5 tablespoon
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- For mass: In a blender, add the carrots, eggs and oil, then blend.
- Add the sugar and beat again for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl or mixer, add the flour and then mix again.
- Add the yeast and mix slowly with a spoon.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
- To the roof: Add 1 can of condensed milk to a pan of your choice.
- A spoon of butter
- 5 spoons of chocolate
- Turn the heat on low. And stir for about 3 min.
- Increase the heat and stir for another 3 min.
- Lower the heat and only stop stirring when it is bubbling.
- Take the cake out of the oven, wait for it to cool. Unmold and pour the syrup
