Carrot cake with chocolate icing

Em um liquidificador adicione o óleo, os ovos e o açúcar e deixe bater até formar um creme. Em seguida adicione a cenoura picada (para facilitar o processo no liquidificador).

In a blender add the oil, eggs and sugar and let it beat until it forms a cream. Then add the chopped carrot (to facilitate the process in the blender).

Em um recipiente adicione a farinha de trigo peneirada e a massa do liquidificador. Com o auxílio de um fluê mexa bem até homogeneizar. 


In a container add the sifted wheat flour and the blender dough. With the help of a fluê, stir well until homogenized.


Adicione o fermento químico e mexa delicadamente.

Em uma forma untada com manteiga adicione a massa e deixe assar em forno a 180 graus por cerca de 30 minutos (o tempo pode variar de acordo com o seu forno) 

In a greased shape with butter add the dough and bake in an oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes (time may vary depending on your oven)

Após assado o bolo é a hora da calda. 
Em um recipiente adicione o leite condensado, o creme de leite e o achocolatado ainda com o fogo desligado mecha bem até que fique homogêneo. Ligue o fogo e adicione 2 colheres de manteiga deixe em fogo baixo até que chegue no ponto de cobertura mole. 

After the cake is baked, it's time for the syrup.
In a container add the condensed milk, the cream and the chocolate with the fire still off, stir well until it is homogeneous. Turn on the fire and add 2 tablespoons of butter and leave on low heat until it reaches the soft coating point.

Espere o bolo esfriar, desenforme e adicione a calda quente no bolo já frio. 

Wait for the cake to cool, unmold and add the hot syrup to the already cold cake.
