- Chopped Carrots200 g
- Sugar275 g
- Wheat Flour205 g
- Baking powder14 g
- Can of condensed milk140 g
- Box of sour cream110 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder5 tablespoon
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Granules50 g
- In the blender add the eggs, oil and carrot. Beat for 5 minutes.
- Now add this mixture in a bowl, add the sugar and stir for 1 minute, so that it dissolves well.
- Okay, now add the wheat flour and baking powder. With the help of a wooden spoon, beat until the dough is smooth.
- Now just transfer to a greased and floured baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 50 minutes. Remembering that there may be a variation due to the type of oven. Remember to do the toothpick test. Insert the toothpick, if it comes out clean and dry, your cake is ready.
- For the syrup: In a pan add the condensed milk, the cream, the butter, the chocolate powder and the sugar. Over medium heat, stir constantly, until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan. When it starts to unglue, it's done.
- After roasting, wait to cool and unmold. Now just pour the syrup on top and decorate with sprinkles.
