  • Carrot3 unit(s)
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Corn starch1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
  • Chocolate sprinkles to taste
  1. In a blender, beat the oil, carrots, eggs and sugar.
  2. After everything is well beaten, transfer to a bowl and mix with the flour and cornstarch.
  3. Finally, add the baking powder, put it in a greased shape, and take it to the oven preheated to 180° for approximately 40 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, make the frosting, taking only fire, the condensed milk, milk cream, chocolate powder. The point will be pan brigadier.
  5. After the cake is baked, throw the brigadeiro on top, and finish with the chocolate sprinkles.
