  • Chopped or grated carrots with peel230 g
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Milk360 g
  • Chocolate powder4 tablespoon
  • Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
  1. In a blender, beat the chopped or grated carrot, oil, eggs and sugar. Then pour this mixture into a bowl and add the sifted wheat flour and baking powder. Mix just so that the whole dough is homogeneous and then pour the dough in a greased shape and light to bake in a preheated oven at 180° degrees for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. While the cake is in the oven, make the frosting.
  2. Chocolate cover Note Condensed milk, 1 box and the same measure as the box of condensed milk milk. In a pan, with the fire still off, place the condensed milk, milk, chocolate powder and butter. Mix well before turning on the fire. When everything is well misty, turn on the fire and stir until the mixture thickens. Tip: the longer you take to turn off the heat, the thicker your frosting will be. Finally, pour the frosting over the cake when it is ready.
