- Dough:1/2 cup
- Tea oil;3 unit(s)
- Grated medium carrots;4 unit(s)
- Eggs;2 cup
- From tea to sugar;1/2 cup
- Wheat (tea) flour;1 tablespoon
- Baking powder or1 dessert spoon
- To start the recipe, first in a blender, add the carrots, eggs and oil, then mix! After adding the sugar and beat again for 5 minutes! Then in a bowl or mixer add the wheat flour and then mix again. Then add the yeast and mix with the help of a spoon, finally bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 40 minutes!
- For coverage: 1 tablespoon of butter; 3 tablespoons of powdered chocolate; 1 cup (tea) of sugar; 1 cup (tea) of milk;
- First, pour the butter, chocolate powder, sugar and milk into a bowl, then mix. Soon after, take the mixture to the fire and continue mixing until obtaining a creamy consistency. After getting the ideal point, wait to cool down a little and pour the syrup over the cake! To decorate I made some brigadeiros, and put them on top.
