Dough:

Tea oil;

Grated medium carrots;

Eggs;

From tea to sugar;

Wheat (tea) flour;

Carrot cake with chocolate icing!!

Para iniciar a receita, primeiro em um liquidificador, adicione a cenoura os ovos e o óleo, depois misture! Após acrescentar o açúcar e bata novamente por 5 minutos!

Em seguida em uma tigela ou batedeira adicione a farinha de trigo e depois misture novamente. Então acrescente o fermento e misture com auxílio de uma colher, por fim asse em um forno preaquecido a 180•C por 40 minutos!

To start the recipe, first in a blender, add the carrots, eggs and oil, then mix! After adding the sugar and beat again for 5 minutes!

Then in a bowl or mixer add the wheat flour and then mix again. Then add the yeast and mix with the help of a spoon, finally bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 40 minutes!

Para cobertura:

1 colher de (sopa) de manteiga;
3 colheres de (sopa) de chocolate em pó;
1 xícara de (chá) de açúcar;
1 xícara de (chá) de leite;

For coverage:

1 tablespoon of butter;
3 tablespoons of powdered chocolate;
1 cup (tea) of sugar;
1 cup (tea) of milk;

Primeiramente despeje em uma tigela a manteiga, o Chocolate em pó, o açúcar e o leite, depois misture.

Logo após, leve a mistura ao fogo e continue misturando até obter uma consistência cremosa. Após ficar no ponto ideial, espere esfriar um pouco edespeje a calda por cima do bolo! Para decorar fiz uns brigadeiro, e coloquei por cima.
