Carrot cake with chocolate icing

    Bater as cenouras, os ovos e o óleo no liquidificador, até as cenouras ficarem bem trituradas.Misturar bem em uma vasilha o açúcar, o trigo e o fermento. Adicionar a essa mistura os ingredientes que foram batidos no liquidificador. Colocar em uma forma retangular grande, em forno alto, por aproximadamente 30min.

    Beat the carrots, the eggs and the oil in the blender, until the carrots are well crushed. Mix the sugar, wheat and yeast well in a bowl. Add to this mixture the ingredients that were beaten in the blender. Place in a large rectangular shape, in high oven, for approximately 30 min.

    Colocar todos os ingredientes em fogo baixo, até ferver, mexendo sempre. Espalhar por cima do bolo (já meio frio).

    Place all ingredients on low heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Spread over the cake (already half cold).
