- Place the eggs, sugar, oil and carrot in the blender, beat until a homogeneous mixture.
- Place the mixture in a bowl, add the sifted wheat flour gently. Then add the sifted yeast and mix carefully so as not to activate the gluten in the flour.
- Put the mixture in two already greased hole shapes in the middle and take it to a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes and test with a toothpick, if it comes out clean, it's ready.
