  • Condensed milk (1 can or box)395 g
  • Chocolate Powder3 tablespoon
  • butter1 tablespoon
  • wheat flour1 tablespoon
  • chocolate sprinkles3 tablespoon
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Oil1 cup
  • medium carrots2 unit(s)
  • 1 half cup (tea) of sugar1.5 cup
  • wheat flour (tea)3 cup
  • baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. 🔥 FILLING AND COVERAGE: In a pan, place the condensed milk, the Chocolate Powder and the butter and take it to medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 8 minutes or until it comes off the bottom of the pan.
  2. Remove, transfer to a buttered plate and let cool.
  3. Roll half of the brigadeiro dough and pass through the wheat flour. Reserve.
  4. 🔥MASS: In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, carrots and sugar.
  5. Transfer to a container, add the wheat flour and baking powder.
  6. Mix well and place in a round shape (24 cm in diameter), greased with butter and sprinkled with wheat flour.
  7. Distribute the reserved brigadiers passed through the wheat flour over the dough and take it to the medium-high oven (200°C), preheated, for about 40 minutes.
  8. Unmold while still warm, cover with the remaining brigadeiro and decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
