- Carrots, peeled and coarsely chopped2 unit(s)
- Margarine1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1.1/2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- For the topping: Margarine3 tablespoon
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Soluble chocolate powder2 tablespoon
- Milk1/2 cup
- In a blender, beat the carrots, the margarine and the eggs.
- In a container, place the cream of carrots and add the sifted sugar and flour and mix well;
- Add the yeast and mix a little more;
- Pour the dough into a shape with a hole in the middle, greased and floured, and bake in a medium oven for approximately 45 minutes.
- ROOF
- Place all the topping ingredients in a pan and cook, mixing continuously, until a smooth coating forms.
- Unmold the cake and cover with the icing, serve.
