Carrots, peeled and coarsely chopped2 unit(s)
Margarine1 cup
Eggs3 unit(s)
Sugar1.1/2 cup
Wheat flour2 cup
Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
For the topping: Margarine3 tablespoon
Sugar3 tablespoon
Soluble chocolate powder2 tablespoon
Milk1/2 cup

In a blender, beat the carrots, the margarine and the eggs.
In a container, place the cream of carrots and add the sifted sugar and flour and mix well;
Add the yeast and mix a little more;
Pour the dough into a shape with a hole in the middle, greased and floured, and bake in a medium oven for approximately 45 minutes.
ROOF
Place all the topping ingredients in a pan and cook, mixing continuously, until a smooth coating forms.
Unmold the cake and cover with the icing, serve.
