  • Butter and wheat flour, to grease the pan to taste

  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
  1. In a blender, beat the carrots, oil, eggs and sugar.
  2. In a bowl add the blender mixture, gradually add the wheat flour and stir, finally add the yeast.
  3. Grease a mold with butter and wheat flour. Then transfer the dough to form, take it to the oven for about 40 minutes.
  4. In this time of 40 minutes, pierce it with a knife, if the knife comes out clean and because the cake is already good. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
  5. Syrup: In a pan on low heat, place the milk, cream and chocolate powder, stir until it thickens and unglues from the bottom of the pan.
  6. Pour the syrup over the cake.
