  • Flour3 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Granulated to taste
  • Chocolate3 tablespoon
  1. In the blender, beat the carrots, oil, eggs and sugar for 5 min.
  2. After blending, pour it into a bowl and gradually add the flour and mix with a spoon.
  3. Finish with the yeast and place in a greased and floured baking tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  4. For the brigadier in the pan, add the condensed milk, the chocolate milk, the cream and the butter! Cook until the point of spoon brigadier (3 min after bubbling)
  5. Pour the brigadeiro over the already baked cake and finish with sprinkles.
