- Wheat flour1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Baking powder1/2 tablespoon
- Carrots2 unit(s)
- Oil1/2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Brigadiers already rolled to taste
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Beat the carrots together with the eggs and the oil inside the blender
- Pour the whipped carrot cream into the bowl with the dry ingredients, stir quickly (gently) until a very homogeneous mass is formed.
- Grease a baking dish and flour, pour the mixture into the baking dish
- Pass the brigadiers in the wheat flour and remove the excess of wheat flour, arrange them on the dough that is in the roast.
- Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 1h15min, or until lightly golden (do the toothpick test)
- Unmold and sprinkle with icing sugar, serve while still hot.
