Carrot Cake with Brigadeiro Icing

Para a massa:
No liquidificador coloque as cenouras, os ovos, o óleo e o açúcar. Bata até formar um creme bem liso.

Numa travessa coloque a farinha de trigo e o fermento em pó, acrescente a mistura liquida e com um batedor (fue) vai mexendo até formar uma massa bem homogênea. 

Unte a assadeira (tipo pudim 20cm) e leve ao forno pré aquecido (180°).

Após assado, desenforme e vamos fazer a cobertura. 

For mass:
Place the carrots, eggs, oil and sugar in a blender. Beat until it forms a very smooth cream.

In a platter, place the wheat flour and baking powder, add the liquid mixture and with a whisk (fue) mix until a very homogeneous mass is formed.

Grease the baking dish (20cm pudding type) and take it to the preheated oven (180°).

After roasting, unmold and let's make the topping.

Para o brigadeiro:

Num refratário de vidro (alto) vamos colocar o leite condensado, margarina e o chocolate em pó. Leve ao micro-ondas por 2minutos e 30 segundos. Retire e mexa bem. Volte ao micro-ondas por mais 2 minutos e 30 segundos. Retire, misture bem e acrescente o creme de leite.

Agora, é só por por cima da massa e se deliciar.

For the Brigadier:

In a glass refractory (high) we will place the condensed milk, margarine and chocolate powder. Microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Remove and stir well. Return to the microwave for another 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Remove, mix well and add the cream.

Now, it's just over the dough and enjoy.
