  • Peeled and chopped carrots3 unit(s)
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
  • Chocolate powder4 tablespoon
  1. In a blender, beat the carrots, oil and whole eggs until creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, place the flour and sugar and mix.
  3. Add to the cream of the blender and beat for another 3 minutes.
  4. Finally, add the yeast and mix well.
  5. Place in a greased shape, and take it to the preheated oven, for about 40 min.
  6. Roof: In a pan put the butter, condensed milk, cream and chocolate.
  7. Keep stirring until you get a spoonful of brigadeiro point.
  8. With the cake cold, put the frosting.
