- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Chocolate powder5 tablespoon
- In the blender, place the carrots, sugar, eggs and oil and beat very well.
- In a bowl, sift the wheat flour and mix with the baking powder.
- Pour the blender mixture over the wheat flour and stir until combined.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.
- For the brigadeiro, in a pan, place the condensed milk, cream and chocolate powder and bring to the fire for 10 minutes or less, until it becomes soft brigadeiro point.
- After the cake has cooled, if you wish, unmold and place the brigadeiro on top. Enjoy your food!
