  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Cond milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Chocolate4 tablespoon
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  1. Place the carrots, eggs, oil and sugar in the blender. Beat until smooth. Transfer the dough to a bowl and add the wheat flour, baking powder and incorporate them into the dough. Place the dough in a greased and floured form. Take to preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 230 degrees.
  2. In a pan, place condensed milk, cream, chocolate and margarine. Turn on the low heat and stir until it reaches the soft brigadier point.
  3. Wait for the cake to cool down and unmold it. Place the brigadeiro frosting on top.
