Chopped carrot200 g
Oil150 ml
Corn Starch2 tablespoon
Sugar4 tablespoon
Salt1 coffee spoon
Yeast1 tablespoon
Syrup: condensed milk395 g
Sour cream200 g
Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
Butter1 dessert spoon

In a blender I beat the carrots, eggs, oil and sugar, transferred this mixture to a container and mixed the rest of the ingredients for the dough, greased a mold with a hole in the middle with butter and floured it, poured all the dough and took it to the pre-heated oven. -heated for 40 minutes.
In a pan I put the ingredients of the syrup, in low fire I stirred well until it was very creamy, turned off the fire and let it cool.
When the cake cooled down, I took it out of the mold and covered it with all the chocolate syrup, decorated it with semisweet chocolate shavings.
