Eggs

Bata no liquidificador, os ovos, o óleo e as cenouras descascadas e picadas.

In a blender, beat the eggs, oil and peeled and chopped carrots.

Em uma tigela a parte misture os ingredientes secos, farinha de trigo,  açúcar e o fermento

In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients, wheat flour, sugar and yeast.

Acrescente aos poucos o creme batido e vá mexendo até que comece a formar bolhas

Gradually add the whipped cream and whisk until it starts to form bubbles.

Em forma untada, leve ao forno por aproximadamente 45 minutos à 230°

In greased shape, take it to the oven for approximately 45 minutes at 230°

Cubra com ganache ou cobertura de Brigadeiro 

Cover with ganache or Brigadeiro frosting
