- Blend 3 carrots, 3 eggs, 1 cup of oil, 1 cup of sugar in a blender. In a bowl add the liquid from the blender with 2 cups of wheat flour 1 pinch of salt and finish with 1 time of baking soda. Place on a greased and floured baking sheet for 30 to 40 minutes.
