  • Wheat flour (sifted)11/2 cup
  • Sugar (sifted)1 cup
  • Baking Powder3 dessert spoon
  • Small carrot (raw and sliced)1 unit(s)
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Topping: Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Cocoa Powder2 tablespoon
  1. Beat the eggs, oil and carrots in a blender.
  2. Place the wheat flour, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Add whipped cream and mix gently
  3. Turn the dough into an oiled baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes or until cooked.
  4. Coverage: mix all the ingredients and bring to a boil. When it starts to boil and the syrup is very creamy, turn off the heat.
  5. Put the syrup on top and ready
  6. Just serve!
