- Cut the carrots into slices, place them in the blender together with the eggs, the oil, beat until it becomes homogeneous, add the sugar, beat a little more, then pour it into a container and gradually add the wheat flour and last the yeast, put it in the oven to bake for a while. 40 minutes or until the cake is well baked
- In a pan, place the condensed milk, the milk, the margarine and the chocolate and bring to a boil only until it reaches a soft brigadeiro point and set aside.
- Take the cake out of the oven, wait for it to cool and put the frosting on top and enjoy.
