Ingredients3 Units Medium Carrots, washed and peeled200 ml Soybean oil3 Eggs2 Cups of Tea Sugar2 Cup of Tea Wheat Flour

Para preparar a massa, bata as cenouras, o óleo, os ovos e o açúcar no liquidificador por cerca de 5 minutos.
Fora do liquidificador, misture a farinha e o fermento aos líquidos com uma espátula ou colher.Coloque a mistura em uma fôrma de sua escolha, já untada e enfarinhada.
Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 150 graus por cerca de 40 minutos.
Caso queira checar se o bolo está pronto, basta furar o bolo com um palito, se sair limpinho, a massa já está cozida.

To prepare the dough, beat the carrots, oil, eggs and sugar in a blender for about 5 minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 40 minutes.
If you want to check if the cake is ready, just pierce the cake with a toothpick, if it comes out clean, the dough is already cooked.
