Bater no liquidificador os ovos, o açúcar, o óleo e as cenouras até ficar uma mistura homogênea, depois despejar o conteúdo em uma vasilha e acrescentar aos poucos a farinha peneirada e misturar bem e por último acrescente o fermento e mexa.

Cobertura
Em uma panela coloque a manteiga, o leite condensado, o creme de leite e o chocolate mexa bem até ferver depois é só colocar em cima do bolo e pronto
